Started out at the age of 15 as a DJ at School in 1974 then progressed to being a Mobile DJ in 1976 at the age of 16.  In 1978 worked alongside some of the Main named DJ’s  like Steve Howlett ( Froggy ) Tony Blackburn Radio London, Colin Hudd ( Flicks ), Greg Edwards ( Soul Spectrum), Pete Tong, Tom Holland, Larry Foster, Ian Reading ( Zero 6 ) Also worked at Disco Supplies supplying all the Clubs and DJ’s of the time. Clubs worked : Greyhound, Connelly’s, Arbie’s, Mirror’s, Dun Cow, Epping forest Country Club, Cheeks, Billy Jeans, Elliott’s, Flamingos, Cinderella’s, Impressions, King Arthurs Court, Kings Lodge, Flick’s, Nero’s, Regency, Joanna’s, Pink Flamingo, Kent Hall, Boxley Country Club, Victoria’s,  Zhivago’s and many others. Music featured – Smooth easy listen Soul and Soulful Jazz Funk from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and up to date.

Music -Jazz, Jazz Dance, Brazilian, World, Latin, JazziFunk Playing music since 1978, an original from Whisky a Gogo pre WAG club, started the legendary Jazz Room at The Horseshoe in London’s West End at the start of the 80s, and then the Jazz Room at The Electric Ballroom in Camden, where Paul Murphy and Gilles Petersen followed. BBC Radio’s Gilles Petersen described Colin as one of his teachers. Colin started playing his Jazz Monthly on StompRadio in 2011, and is a regular presenter at Jazzcotech events.
